Clinical Supervision
Supervision Philosophy
One of my passions is helping to train and support other clinicians on their clinical licensure journey. Just like finding a personal counselor, every supervisee has to feel comfortable with their supervisor--not every supervisor can meet the needs of every supervisee. Before I begin clinical supervision with someone, I ensure we are good match for one another and that I will be able to assist with and support the clinical goals. Unlike an internship, I expect my clinical supervisees to be active participants in their supervision and to put in the work in order to learn and grow.
Supervision Disclosure & Contract
Like any professional relationship, the Supervision Disclosure and Contract exists to formalize the expectations and agreements for both the Supervisor and Supervisee. It is crucial that before seeking to join the supervision group, each prospective supervisee reads and agrees to the contents of these documents. Signing these documents is not necessary until acceptance into LCSW Supervision has been established.
Session Schedule & Fees
I hold group supervision sessions for LMSWs in Texas on a virtual platform from 7-9 PM, 2 Sundays per month. I set the supervision schedule a semester at a time with the input of my existing supervisees. If you are unable to attend the group supervision meetings or require a separate meeting, there are usually options for make-up sessions in 1 or 2 hour increments.

Each group supervision hour is $50/hour. Each individual supervision hour is $75/hour. Payment is made through the SimplePractice platform and is due at the end of the supervision session. Each supervisee will complete a Credit Card Authorization upon acceptance into LCSW Supervision in case there is a missed payment on the part of the Supervisee after supervision has ended.
How to Join Supervision
If you have read and understood the Supervision Disclosure & Contract and accept the schedule and fees for supervision, please submit an Application using the box below.
After this, you can Request an Interview so we may mutually decide if supervision would be a good fit.

If accepted into the supervision group, we will complete the Board plan and other required paperwork together.
