Who We Are

Psalm 46 Counseling was founded in 2023 with Psalm 46:1-3 at its center:

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling."

Its purpose is to care for the body, mind, heart, and soul of a person through counseling services for those seeking joy, peace, meaning, and fulfillment through a Biblically-based, clinically-sound lens.

The mountain displayed in our logo represents our focus of where true change and hope resides. It reminds us that life has peaks and valleys, overlaps, and new ground. We believe that God cares for us deeply in all of these seasons and is in the midst of it all.
